Payment and confirmation must be received within 7 days of the confirmation email or the appointment will be canceled automatically.

Same-day cancellations incur a 15% fee.

Once classes begin, completed lessons will be deducted from the total package price, and the remaining balance will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Square processing fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued immediately, but may take 5–7 business days to appear on your card.
